Product Manager for Surgical Instruments and Implants (m/f/x)

With innovative products for coloproctology, urology and urogynecology, we improve medical care worldwide. To strengthen our team at the A.M.I. headquarters in Feldkirch, we are looking for a motivated personality in Product Management.

Your tasks

  • Own the complete lifecycle of selected medical device products, from strategy and market analysis to launch and lifecycle management.
  • Drive new product launches in collaboration with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Build strong relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support clinical studies together with our Clinical Affairs team.
  • Organize product trainings, workshops, and customer education programs.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify future opportunities.
  • Represent A.M.I. at international congresses, workshops, and customer events.

What you bring to the table

  • A master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Product Management, preferably within medical devices or another technical industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding combined with technical curiosity.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally. (~25%)
