Persistent stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a common complication after prostate cancer treatment. A.M.I. developed ATOMS (Adjustable TransObturator Male System) for the treatment of male stress urinary incontinence. ATOMS is a long-term, single-use adjustable implant. The hydraulic sphincter-cushion system substitutes urinary sphincter function in incontinent adult males. The implant is adjustable post-operatively for all degrees of incontinence.
