When rejecting an application, A.M.I. will automatically delete the data submitted to us after notification of the rejection. However, deletion does not take place if the data require a long-term storage period or until the conclusion of a judicial procedure due to legal provisions, for example, proof obligations under the AGG. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR and \u00a7 24 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 BDSG.
